Singing its Song

I think this is a song sparrow, ( I'm horrible about IDing birds, butterflies, bugs etc) These little guys love to perch in the tip top of the shrubs and swing about on the branches. They seem quite happy & content just doing that. If anyone knows this particular sparrow, please let me know..
