Figurine

This is a little bronze ornament which lives on the mantelpiece in my flat but I used an empty shelf in my cupboard to get a more neutral background for the shot.

Over the past few days, I've been pre-occupied with packing in preparation for a move to a new flat (hence the empty shelf) so most of my blips have been taken in the evening. At least I'm getting the hang of the controls on the K7 which enable reasonable exposures without having to resort to flash.

I'm hoping that there won't be too much of a hiatus in my broadband connection as I'm moving from AOL (& BT) to Virgin Media (& Cable).
