There is obviously serious concern about the stability of the clock tower at Christchurch's former railway station since the earthquake. Not only is she bandaged, but the three lane Moorhouse Ave has been reduced to one lane on that side, to make room for a row of shipping containers... presumably to contain the damage should she be felled by an aftershock???
