Sticky Rice

Today we kicked off the first week of dinner with the education graduate students. A whole bunch of us went to Sticky Rice for dinner, and engaged in two hours of conversation over sushi. Four of us was seated at the sushi bar.

I feel absolutely thrilled to talk and get to know the other graduate students in the education program. I feel not as lonely and lost I felt a few weeks ago, and I think forming a bond with these people is helping a lot.

We are thinking about making this a weekly thing. Here's hoping!
