Landing

A man comes every day to the park to feeds the birds. There is an almighty rush from out of the sky of in coming craft, here are just two who have had permission to land!
I walked round the park at 8am. Still not sleeping...so read,listened to a Cd and generally had quite a productive time. Much better than staring at the ceiling. Whilest I was at work I did a degree in the evenings and all the assignments and stuff in the early hours. So not sleeping more than 4 hours was pretty useful.
There has been resent research which says that your life expectancy is shortened if you sleep less than the allotted 8 hours.
