It will only take a few more days before the burners will be placed in the gasturbine of unit EC 4..
The blue (wooden) covers are there to prevent foreign object from falling into the gasturbine..
When that would happen we would have a problem..

And: the chainblock is meant to align the new gasmanifolds.
This unit is now equipped with a new combustionsystem, the same as unit EC 6 and EC 7.
