Picky, Picky

I've never cooked dried beans before. I know there's some sort of picking-through that I'm supposed to do, but I don't actually know what I'm supposed to be picking out. Anyone see anything I should have removed? (they're in the pot now, so maybe you shouldn't tell me if you see something bad...)
