In the web

Serious spiders around now, this guy has been like this for about 3 days in front of the condo -I think he's saying "blip me!" The rain has not washed him out but of course he's not in the waterspout. He has moved a little but I haven't seen him catch anything (maybe he eats at night?) Have no idea what kind he is but I liked those little eyes(?) on the underside. And of course the really fine web.
