I walked to the lake near the house and sat at the end of this walkway to agggeeesss reading my book.
It was nice, I checked the temperature outside before going out to see if I'd need a jacket. After seeing that it was 6 degrees and windy, I for some reason concluded that a jacket wasn't necessary; a t-shirt and shirt would be more than adequate.
But the lake was nice and sheltered and it was actually sunny and fresh.

Also, this is going to sound super wannabe poetic but the smell of the air reminded me of last winter in Edinburgh. I have no idea why, I never noticed any particular smell at the time in Edinburgh, but it just did.
Weird...
