The Modern Green Hen

After a long day today I decided to pop into my friends restaurant en route home to sit at the bar by the window, have something nice to eat, a few stiff drinks and watch the world go by.
I have had quite a few good nights in this restaurant, 'debaucherous' would be a good description.
However, more than anything I thoroughly enjoy sitting by myself, watching people, listening to people (ok, eavesdropping), keeping an eye on what's going on outside and then home to sleep.
