Lifted

A wee wander round the harbour tonight before dusk, which was lovely but strange too - all the boats have now been lifted out of the water for the winter, so line the perimeter like guardians rather than bob about on the water!

This shot is a crop of the keel of one boat - such a fantastic mix of colours and patterns from the effect of the salt water on the paint.
