This is a detail of a 19C covered bridge in a small village near where I live. West Montrose is (or was until a lot of very affluent people noticed it) a lovely quiet little place.
This bridge is really very interesting. Especially given it's length at just shy of 200 feet.
It's locally called the kissing bridge, for pretty obvious reasons. But I suppose most covered bridges from that era, around north america would be called the kissing bridge ;)
