Folkloric Dress

Rosa Parks Elementary School had a Multicultural Festival this evening. There was a live band, Asian and Mexican Foods, a Raffle and lots of booths where we could learn about the various arts done in the different countries represented. I learned how to make a Vietnamese shuttlecock kind of toy that you drop and then kick back up with your feet so it doesn't touch the ground, had the chance to color one of 15 national paper flags at another station, make that cup on a stick with an attached ball on a string toy, and just look at many of the other exhibits.
