Back in Banepa....several days worth of photos to process which will be up shortly. This is Kathmandu, the day before I travelled east. There's Maoist graffiti all over the place, but this is directly outside where I stay. Bit of an 'easy' shot, and one that I've been saving for a rainy day...or when I know that I'll have no access to power to recharge the camera for a few days...

The comprehensive peace agreement was only signed in 2006 and the political situation still isn't fully resolved here. 10 attempts to elect a prime minister so far, and there's still the issue of integrating the Maoist combatants into the Nepal Army...
