Åland.

Today my husband and I took a trip to Åland, an island between Sweden and Finland. We are living near one of the harbours from where the boats to Åland are leaving. The trip takes only 2 hours (38 km) by boat and we had our car with us. We stayed on this island for about 5 hours and drove around. As you can see on this picture we had a wonderful weather!

Åland is an island in the Baltic Sea and with about 6700 islands it forms an archipelago. They are situated at the entrance to the Gulf of Bothnia and form a Swedish-speaking region of Finland.
