Flying Footman

I was cycling across Waterloo Bridge as is my wont, when I spotted this guy tearing along on a Boris Bike. I swear he's a footman escaping from Her Majesty's Royal Household. His powdered wig must have blown off at Aldwych. Intrigued, I engaged overdrive and pedalled like mad to overtake him and capture this shot.
