Hull of 'Southern Prospector', Wellington wharves

The Southern Prospector is a fishing trawler moored at a Wellington wharf. Caked in rust, it gives new meaning to the term 'rust bucket'.

To me, this image of the boat's hull evokes the battering from wind and water that trawlers encounter in the Tasman Sea and the stormy Southern Ocean.
