This is Toon Gerbrands, coach of the Dutch volleyball team which won the Olympics and European Championships, and now head of football club AZ, which he turned from a mediocre club to the country champions.

I must say I didn't know all this before tonight; I vaguely knew of his volleyball career...

He held a very interesting speech on team building, vision, personalities and all the like, all related to his own experiences.
