Borage officinalis

This plant had disappeared from the garden until I started to dig over the flowerbed earlier in the year and lo and behold it has appeared again albeit rather stunted. One can eat the young leaves in salad and the flowers can be frozen in ice cubes to add novelty to a drink. This specimen is flowering late.
