High Country Salmon

Barking, Cousteau and I spent the weekend in Wanaka, back blips start here if you're interested.

I wish I could claim to have caught this however it was actually bought on our way back to Christchurch, from a Salmon farm just North of yesterdays shot.

I filleted it today and we are having a couple of steaks tonight, looks delicious.
