Season opening - smile!

The second day of skiing begin with shouts for joy.

During the last night 4-5" new snow fell on top of the groomers and as we were waiting already 9.30 the lifts to open got a change to ski some powder during the season opening weekend and draw our lines to the clear runs.

During the day met also some familiar faces from the south as met these girls. They belong to one Helsinki based telemark club, which is only for girls. The girls had driven more than 800 kms to get to the season opening and tomorrow they have to be back for the mornings daily dose of work. Now thats what you can call dedication :)
