Bonnie No. 3

Narrowboat "Bonnie No.3" on the Kennet & Avon Canal near Devizes.

A very still and cold evening. Behind me the crows were gathering in the tops of the trees of Lay Wood. Despite their noise I could hear this narrowboat's soft chug-chug-chug for some time before it came into view.

The tree on the right also featured in yesterday's Blip.
