Demera ??

Most Tuesdays I work at the Dunedin Chinese Garden as a volunteer. The highlight of my week. Tranquil, beautiful, rejuvenating and always something to photograph.

Today there was a wind ruffling the lake creating wonderful fluid tapestries, two male ducks cleaned and preened happily together without the usual company of a female - she is on the nest I surmise. But at the end of the day it was this simple image that won the right to be blipped!!!!

The rock is from Tai Hu -Lake Tai- near Shanghai, China. The lake is the third largest freshwater Lake in China and is thought to have been created milennia ago by a meteor. Tai Hu is elliptical in shape, only three meters deep at it's deepest point and supports millions around its shores. Check it out on Google!

Not sure what the flower is called but will post when I find out........enjoy.
