Seem to have picked up a cough from somewhere. Very irritating. Hoping this will help. TPD is full of cold too (am led to believe it's an occupational hazard) but has opted for unadulterated whisky instead.

Dreadful night with Son Two last night (I was awake from 3.30 - got back to bed at 8), hoping for a better performance tonight.

Son One's bed is empty and it's weirding me out frankly. He's gone off for a sleepover with one of his best buds tonight with nary a wave nor a backward glance, and only a vague plan to collect him 'sometime' tomorrow. At least he'll be spared the yelling of the tiny tyrant ;-)
