The Ice House

This Ice House was built in 1790, we advise visitors not to go in there on their own!

It was used as an air raid shelter during the Second World War and some people have heard strange noises coming from the building late at night!

Locking the icehouse late one evening the head gardener was convicted he saw a shadowy figure inside the building and he had a strong feeling of a presence accompanied by an icy cold chill to the air!

I never go inside this building!!!!
