Chubster

This is one of the reasons why I'm a chubster. Not the sandwich in itself, but the fact that on late nights and some other days in work, I don't have time to eat properly. There is a litany of excuses really, but I realise that I need to do something about it very soon before it's too late.

A friend is attending a funeral tomorrow morning of her friend who collapsed and died aged 60. This sort of thing brings a sense of mortality to me when I hear about them but I'm too lazy, mentally and physically, to move my lardass into action.

This "heart attack in a packet", while VERY tasty, is definitely not the way to go!
