Watching And Waiting

I'm going to a halloween party tonight and I've made meringues that look like ghosts. I was sitting at the dining room table packaging them up for transportation, all the time being watched by the two beady eyes of one certain dog who was eager to get a lick of meringue.

He got rather close at one point.
