Man With Greyhounds

This afternoon I met this chap and his dogs.

Unusually he asked me to take his photograph, well after a chat about the welfare of greyhounds and their post racing careers, he did.

Like most greyhounds, his dogs were retired racers, he showed me the tattoo in their ears that was their proof of identity. He was telling me real horror stories of ex racing dogs being killed, dumped and their ears cut off, rather then feed and exercise them.

The things you learn from total stangers, but he was very nice.
