Today received this step-up transformer to be used with MC cartridges when plugged in to the MM phono preamplifier input. The unit is small but very solidly build cube with good connecting interfaces. The color is deep dark red and it looks marvelous, even if it has few marks and scratches here and there.

At the moment I have no use for this as I am using MC cartridge directly to MC input of my phono preamplifier but I guess this kind of unit is always good to have at hand if you gat some interesting preamp to test with only MM inputs etc.
