I came accross the mother of all widgets today. For all you Mac OSX Tiger users with dashboard, you can download it here.

Similar to Apple's Web Clip, Dash Clipping allows you to take any website and mask a portion of it for your dashboard, which is updated hourly.

I have created one for the image thumbnails on the homepage of blipfoto. There's so much you could do with it. Why not have it set to the inbox of your webmail account or favourite blog?

Everything remians active and links are opened Safari for you to view as normal.

This should tide us over until Web Clip is shipped with Leopard in the Spring of 2007.
