Iris

Not feeling very artistic or original with my blips lately (not that they have been that artistic). And when you have a beautiful flower in the garden it is worth photographing.
This is an iris given to me about a year ago when we had a photographic expedition to Raindcliff. The local farmers wives catered for us, and they decorated our tables with vases of beautiful iris's. We admired them and were able to take them home with us, as well as that they gave us some plants. So this is the first flowering I have had from that gift. Thankyou ladies!!
