Passing Place

Did you know that the passing place sign in Orkney are square? While ours are diamond shaped. Thanks to Northern this is new fact we've all learned. By the way, check out those bullet holes - someone has been 'sighting' their rifle again.

Spent the day driving 'up north' while taking and sending emails. This new technology is a bit of a mixed blessing - do you ever stop?

Anyway we're now cosily installed in the house with both stoves roaring up the lum and time for a nice dinner.
