Staring at the ceiling

Lying on my back on the floor waiting for the ibuprofen to kick in. Don't know what triggered my backache this morning but it was impossible to do anything useful until it eased.

Dentists usually put something interesting on the ceiling, such as an aerial view of the town. Just the Japanese paper lampshade here I'm afraid.
