Well - here is the evidence of a really healthy dinner ;-)

Thanks again to C for treating me to my sausage supper - maybe the diet will kick in again someday soon - until then, there is always chips!

Oh - and I don't know if you can spot it - but that can has a Christmas picture on the side - is nothing safe? We still have almost 2 months to go!!!
