Tunnel Vision!!!!

Had a very busy day yeaterday, and although today was quiet, didn't have a whole lot of time to blip. This is the view from one entrance to my work in the casino.

So we got the Dutch in the World Cup Qualifiers. I'm not to worried. I have seen us beat them with a far poorer side. Mind you, I also travelled to see the return game and watched us get stuffed 6-0.

Although I'm still sure there was a conspiracy that day, to have as few Scottish fans in the ground at kick-off as possible. I had lived in Amsterdam for 3 years just prior to that game, and travelled to watch Ajax on the same metro system, for league games, cup games, champions league games, as a season ticket holder, and never once was there a problem on the metro. Just so happens on the day of the game, after we beat them 1-0 at Hampden, where the crowd was a 12th man that day, and I honestly think the Dutch were over-awed and surprised, there was a problem and the train got stopped between stations on the way. It was bedlum as we all jumped off the train and tried to reach the stadium before kick-off, to sing Flower of Scotland and get right behind the team.

By the time I and about 4-5 thousand of the Tartan Army got into the stadium, we were 2-0 down.
