Autumn Leaves

The rain has progressively worsened throughout the day, and though this has not kept me from my photography, unfortunately it has mostly been of the studying, commenting, digital processing, indexing and uploading variety.

I did pop out briefly to the no man's land I have used lately for some quicky blipping. The autumn leaves are more carpeting the ground than adorning the trees now but still have fabulous colour.

Apparently the tree removes the chlorophyll from the leaves thus returning them to their true pigmentation.
