I couldn't get anything to work today, and the drama of the clouds moving in from the east along the Firth just didn't come out, so here's an almost-photo of Arthur's Seat rearing up just beyond the intervening roof-tops. It's one of the things about this city that still catches me by surprise even after living my whole 50-odd years here.
