Olive

This is how fresh the olive oil I bought today is, squeezed, if not today, in the last couple of days, bought directly from the squeezer ('frantoio'). I never really liked olive oil, find the taste too strong, too olive-ey, but this oil is amazing. The taste is softer, more plant-ey than olive-ey.. :)
