ENCORE IN THE RAIN

I uploaded a picture of this persimmon on 31st October, exactly one week ago when the leaves were dark green and the rain was pouring down. There were several brilliant, sunny days but now it's pouring down again. In two more days the leaves will be gone entirely -- in one day if the winds forecast for tomorrow arrive -- and then the fruit will hang there nude but not be ripe for another month. I took this pic -- and 30 others -- during a pause in the rain and this particular one in a split second break in the clouds.
