Newton Ferrers

After an early and muddy walk with Ruby, I visited the villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo. The car parks were filling up with people who had driven over to take in the walks along the Yealm estuary and the South West Coast Path, as well as those more interested in the local hostelries.

I was hoping that the tide would be in but, like many landlubbers, got it wrong. Never mind - the fresh autumnal feel left me feeling invigorated anyway.
