oil pastels for beginners...

my very first try with oil pastels today - had this untouched pack of them for years (got them as a birthday present once, i think). hmmm, really need to practise that, very unusual material for me... hope it's okay to post it, since it's not a classical photo-blog entry. just tell me if it isn't appropiate.
