Let's See What Happens

Huan Yin...

Practically every establishment you visit in China, you'll probably hear the words "Huan Yin Guang Lin!" (Welcome to ... ). Sometimes it's said with high perky voices that ring loud and true, just as the manager wishes. Other times, it sounds as if the person saying it is actually a robot and running low on battery. Here, at ChangBaiShan restaurant, you're greeted by the owner (nice older Korean minority man) and sat down to some hot cups of barley tea. What, no "Huan Yin Guang Lin"? Wait a sec, there it is, in big red characters written above the front door!

All this studying, is actually paying off!
