Firewood

After yesterday's extensive use of the chainsaw on anything that "swayed", I was left with a large pile of logs that needed splitting. I therefore spent the day doing my best impression Charles Bronson at the beginning of the Magnificent Seven, swinging my axe in anger and I am pretty pleased with the resultant pile of firewood.

NB. The log splitter in the background is just for show...

PS. Following up on the various comments from yesterday I would like to point out that following a day's heavy use the chainsaw is no longer that clean!
