Peewits and four Black-heads

At last the new lens got a decent outing, nothing exotic, just playing and getting to know it.

Resisted the temptation to go to Hollingworth Lake Country Park just south of Littleborough in Greater Manchester. There's a Pied-billed Grebe there. It's the first one in Britain for almost a decade. Chances are the place will be heaving, hopefully it'll hang around a while and we'll maybe pay it a visit next week when things quieten down.
