Boeuf Bourguignon

Have spent the last five hours cooking a bourguignon. A task for the dedicated. And I can't even eat it tonight, the guys are coming over on Friday and expect a hearty meal.

Note in passing: my company has designed the Global 25th Anniversary logo, believe it or not. It's for our one and only Japanese customer, Master Cutlery Corporation.
