Seven foot tall policeman?

I was wandering past Westminster Abbey and thought I'd take some pics when I heard a voice beside me say 'move along madam'. I looked around but couldn't see where the voice was coming from so looked up and saw this very tall policeman! Slightly intimidated, I snuck away a few paces and snapped him in between two passers-by.
