Fascinating day today. Spent the day at a conference held by a really interesting chap 'Tony Morgan'.

Anybody who opens up a conference with the tag line "How to avoid killing cockroaches?" has gotta be worth a listen. Basically the day has been about how best to lead to build a vibrant, community based, compassionate, loving, driven, Christ filled church. In a nut shell - Vision....a big Vision and lots of hard work!

Fascinating stuff. I left the day feeling strangely frustrated though. There is so much to be done it's a weight on my heart today....

Anyway, less of that, found Luke (again) playing on the computer and snapped this shot. Bit more light-room jiggery pokery, think i`m addicted.
