I love the expression on her face as she looks down at her child.

The City Arts Centre has a temporary exhibition entitled 'In our own image'. A collection of sculptures, bronzes, paintings, and drawings of artists interpretations of the human form.

The art is all from the City of Edinburgh's own collection and is mostly Scottish artists from the last century and a half. A single floor of beautiful things. It is on till January.

If the weather is as crap as this tomorrow I am going to stay home and sew.
