Persistence

After the wild weather of the latter end of this week I refilled the feeders today and the sunshine brought out a whole host of birds: chaffinches, blue tits, great tits, goldfinches, a coal tit, a robin, the big boys (collared doves and jackdaws), and a nuthatch so much so that I didn't know whether to upload the beautifully focused jackdaw, the fluffy blue tit or this one, the not quite in focus chaffinch. I went with this because he is obviously inexperienced on feeders and had to gather the sunflower seed pretty much on the wing. Top marks for persistence!
