Potent Stuff...

Thin materialed trousers with prints as a homage to 1970s curtain design, loose fitting enough to make MC Hammer blush. 80s oversized teeshirts straddled by an afghanish floppy scarf and at least two sets of big plastic pearl necklaces.

Where did that fashion statement come from? We took a wee bus trip up to Dunfermline today and saw about three or four girls dressed like this. When they started to bunch up, it's was like Bananarama were back in town.

We then picked up a few odds and sods in Boots only to come across what you see before yourself. I thought Boots had been embarrassed out of selling homoeopathic remedies. If you didn't know, homoeopathic medecines are hugely diluted substances that are sold, in the high street in this case, as alternatives to modern medicine. I've seen a typical homoeopathic dilution described like a sheet of paper in stack that is big enough to stretch from Earth to the Sun 400,000,000 times. I couldn't believe the huge variety of different types they had on offer. There was well over 30 types and all being sold for over £5.

Sheesh.
